She delivers inspiring Unity messages once a month, enriching the spiritual community with her wisdom and experience. With over 28 years of dedicated service in Unity ministries, Rev. Robin brings deep insight, leadership, and a heartfelt commitment to spiritual growth.

Betty Rice

President of the Board

Betty Rice is the Unity Athens Board President for 2025. Unity has positively influenced her life, and she firmly believes in its values, mission, and vision. An active member since 2017, Betty served as Vice President and President of the Board of Trustees from 2020 to 2022. She appreciates the messages, classes, and close-knit spiritual community. Growing up near the Colorado mountains, Betty developed a deep love for nature’s beauty. In 2011, she moved from Dallas, TX, to Athens, GA, to be closer to her family and grandson. Betty enjoys traveling, gardening, appreciating nature, and spending time with her loved ones.

Peggy Olson, LUT

Administrator

Licensed Unity Teacher Peggy Olson has been a valued member of the Unity Athens community since 2017. In addition to being a frequent speaker, she actively serves in multiple leadership roles, including Prayer Chaplain Trainer and Coordinator, Pulpit Assistant, and part-time Administrator. Previously, Peggy contributed to the Board of Trustees, leading as President from 2020 to 2021. Her dedication and guidance continue to enrich the spiritual life of Unity Athens.

Andrew David

Treasurer & Member of the Board

Andrew David is a compassionate and multi-talented individual whose diverse experiences span caregiving, teaching, business, and the arts. Raised in a family of missionaries and ministers, he developed a deep passion for spirituality, healing, and service. With degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, Andrew has spent 20 years as a caregiver, earning his CNA license, while also exploring roles in real estate, education, and entrepreneurship. His dedication to holistic well-being led him to train in Reiki and esoteric healing, alongside pursuing his love for baking. A skilled musician, he plays piano and cello, drawing inspiration from his upbringing. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his loyal Border Collie, Skyla, and offering intuitive readings to close friends and family. Through all his endeavors, Andrew remains committed to personal growth and uplifting others—nurturing mind, body, and spirit.
